⏰ Mission Time: Evening
Briefing: The troops are assembling! This is your chance to reconnect with fellow soldiers (a.k.a. family members) before the big mission on Saturday. Expect a relaxed evening of laughs, storytelling, and light drills (aka games) to get everyone in formation for the weekend. Bring your A-game, because the Qualls Battalion is officially reporting for duty!
Recommended Gear: Comfortable outfits, and a battle-ready attitude.

MISSION: FAMILY REUNION @ CHENNAULT PARK
SATURDAY, JULY 12
📍 Base Camp: Chennault Park
⏰ Deployment Time: Afternoon
Mission Objective: Gather the troops for the ultimate family operation—reconnecting, feasting, and making memories.
We’ll have:
✅ Mess Hall: BBQ & classic Southern eats for the entire unit
✅ Field Training: Tug-of-war, kick ball, volley ball
✅ Recognition Ceremony: Honoring our family veterans and elders
✅ Survival Challenge: Family trivia, Spades, Tonk & more.
Dress Code: Your official reunion camo t-shirt (mandatory for all recruits )!



FINAL ROLL CALL: FAMILY CHURCH SUNDAY
SUNDAY, JULY 13

⏰ Formation Time: Morning
Mission Briefing: Before we return to our stations, we’ll gather for one final roll call at church to give thanks, reflect on our blessings, and pray for strength until the next family mission. It’s a time for unity, faith, and sending everyone off with love and protection.
Orders: Dress in your best, bring the family, and let’s close out the reunion strong.
